We create a 3D digital model that determines the overall shape and size of your puzzle, as well as the shapes and sizes of the individual pieces.
A physical prototype — the “white model” — is produced to test assembly. This stage ensures that all pieces fit properly before applying textures, and allows for any necessary revisions.
Once the model is approved, we apply textures, colors, and branding elements. High-quality renders are created to show exactly how the finished puzzle will look.
We produce a full working sample and send it to you for review. This gives you the opportunity to see, touch, and assemble the puzzle before mass production begins.
After approval, the molds are finalized and production begins. The entire manufacturing process is carefully tested and overseen to ensure precision and quality.
